I'm going to disagree here. It's a crappy picture, yes, but it actually does convey some valuable information: Hardwood Floors.
For those of us with allergies who need to avoid carpeting, I would at least give the landlord a call if I were looking.
Good landlords and good photographers aren't usually one in the same.

Yup, hardwood floors. Pretty bad way to show them though. They could have shot the other direction and at least included some of the room.
