The owners used to sleep on a bed of nails but as they got older, the bed of slats was more restful.

What's with the platform and the lowered bit of ceiling - I'd be constantly be thinking I was sleeping in a funiture showroom.

I wonder about the need for all the lights above the bed? Perhaps a video production? Could the mattress be in the evidence room at the local P.D.?

The bed missing the mattress is interesting. But what is with the rock room leading into a waterfall room?

Those aren't lights and a lowered ceiling. That's the transport bay of the Starship Enterprise. So now we know what happened to the mattress.

Fist of all...I love love love the kitchen! It's great!

I am confused by the lack of mattress, but more confused by the Rock Room and even still more confused why the price had dropped from $1.2 mil in 11/07 to $799K now! Yikes!

Isn't Santa Clara where they set "The Lost Boys?" Perhaps the current owners are vampires.

I would trip on that platform every time I went to bed or got up for a drink of water in the dark. A night light is a must in that room.

This reminds me of Sue Ann Nivens' bedroom, except there's no mirror on the ceiling.

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
