Ya know it's not the star itself that bothers me. It's the fact that it's off center. If I bought that house it would be like a perpetually crooked picture frame and drive me up the wall.
probably better to include the photo... after all, if there'd been a large rug there and THEN I'd gone to visit the property I might have been a little miffed... unless of course I happened to be a different religion - in which case I might have been pleasantly surprised...
Well, it was either put a picture in the listing or hope nobody notices the BIG HONKING STAR OF DAVID on the floor when they come see it. The house is clearly vacant, so just throwing a rug over it is going to do nothing more than say "Look, I am hiding something!" I hate to say it, but I would have been tempted to put that photo in myself.
It's still funny, and oy I am not even thinking of buying that house! Shalom.... or something.
It looks like a Chinese checker board. Maybe they like to play using actual Chinese people as the pieces instead of marbles.

[Image] I suppose I'm cheating by including this photo from a listing Matt found. I don't think it's really the Realtor's fault. I mean, there's a big frikkin' Star of David on the living room floor. What are you going to do? Not take a photo of it?

"A lot of dedication to spruce this one up" - I love that line. Makes you just want to go aww and hug the house or something.

Better than a big pentagram and a couple of blood staines?

Wow, and it's located just north of SeaTac airport! Sign me up, but you HAVE TO SPEAK LOUDER!!

I think the house is shy. That's why it's hiding behind the concrete platform in the front.

it seems to be be saying "go ahead, photoshop morons, make my day!"

When I gave this a first quick glance I thought it was a pentagram etched into the floor!

That's where they meet to summon the Jewish demon Beelzebubele.
