I think the hat is there to make sure that no one goes into the cabinet with the partially opened door. I'm pretty sure there's a rat holocaust in there.

Maybe they didn't want anyone to step on the doggie poopie, so they covered it up. That was so thoughtful!

I want to know why the toilet is sealed shut.

Sealing the toilet shut is actually fairly common in homes where the water has been shut off, for what I trust are obvious reasons.

Actaully, I think the danger cone in front of a slightly ajar cabinet is a marketing tool.
I see this set up / lead, ALL the time in porno films set in real estate listings from Tacoma.
Go figure...the sultry music is missing though.

You know, I could see an excellent design scheme for a kitchen around the traffic cone. Why just the cone when the whole space can scream CAUTION!

The more you know...

i believe the cone is there strictly for scale..."see, the cabinets are "this" high.." or perhaps it's that Travelocity gnome who fell thru the floor while wearing a particularly flourescent hat that day...

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
