It has to be a joke. I don't want to be gross here, but I can't see how that would work in any universe. I mean, as soon as the toilet paper gets "wet" it's going to fall apart. Okay, I failed at not being gross. Sorry.
Are you people philistines? It is an original art installation by the great Jean Le Poodrerum himself! It is worth millions! ;-)
(seriously though, it is a poster stuck on a door, not a shot into a room...god knows what the actual bathroom looks like if they chose that funny photo as the serious bathroom shot compared to the "other" bathroom photos)

LOL!! I haven't seen that poster in about 30 years - Classy!
Classier still, but not visible in this photo, is the sign above the toilet tank that reads, "Reverse roll when empty."

This is a joke, right? Right? Please? It looks like it's a photo of a photo. That's what I'm choosing to believe. (As to why it's in a real estate listing... well, who knows.)
Found by Jen -- thanks.
P.S. Yes, I know it's not real toilet in the house. That's not the point.

Someone's not so genius idea of how to get clean... ugh, I don't want to think about it, I'm just going to be glad it isn't real...
