I never understand why anyone would list a property and fail to show pictures of the interior of the house. Maybe it's just my reaction, but I always assume it's because the house is dreadful beyond description.
Yet that place looks perfectly nice from the outside. I get that it is a property that is only going to appeal to a specific buying base (the elusive crab enthusiast, evidently) but show something from inside the house.

It's a scam. The crabs eat the buyers after closing and the realtor turns out the listing again to sell to another unwitting buyer. There must be dozens of picked clean skeletons buried out back.
Wait, $1,035,000 for a crab?! Does he crap gold or something?

Apart from being intriguied by the idea of watching crabs graze, is this really being sold as a get away rural residential with a pic featuring a public parking sign. Perhaps I am underestimating public interest in crab grazing gazing.

Call me crazy, but wouldn't you think that 52 acres of "mud crab grazing" would be mostly--well, mud? And it looks as if "easy reach to boat ramp" means "easy drive down public highway to public parking and public boat ramp". I note also that the area description states that local police are understaffed due to invasion by "local hoons". I'm not sure what hoons are, but the prospect of being chased into the swamp by them and then grazed on by mud crabs does not appeal....

What? Why would you say that? That sounds incredibly painful, and what does it have to do with your listing anyway? Freak!
Oh.
Nippers. You said "nippers." Sorry about the outburst. See, I thought you said... never mind.
"snappy"

Crabs don't lactate, silly.

The pic of the little crab is to distract you from the fact that the main inhabitants of that swamp are 20 foot long crocodiles.

I have nippers, Greg. Can you milk me?
