Oh, that poor woman! That looks like the kind of unflattering shot that tends to occur whenever I pause my Tivo. I have an unerring gift for hitting pause right as some normally attractive person looks like they are having a seizure or something.
Maybe her slogan is, "You'll buy one of my listings or I will BEAT YOUR ASS."

I guess that was the least frightening photo they had, considering the other shots, with an excavator and a bobcat right up against the house hint at something even scarier.
