I think that's Oscar the Grouch's swimming pool. Word on the street (of Sesame, that is) is that he turned all Hollywood and relocated to sunny California.

I think he wanted to be near happy cows.

Do the owners have an aversion to sunlight? For a house that size there are so few windows as it is and every window that does exist is blocked by either a large piece of furniture or covered up with heavy curtains. My guess is distant relatives of Nosferatu live there.

They're just using their pool as a giant Jell-O mold. What's wrong with that? I mean, who doesn't like lime Jell-O?

Gee, the pool looks fine on the Google views. The location, not so much. The big glass wall is separating this house's back yard from the San Diego Freeway.

The pool is greener than the "lawn"? And the "big" TV is blocking the windows?? And what's with that Wall to Nowhere complete with windows??? Good one!

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
