Something is not right with the square footage measurements. I calculated the total square footage based on the listed sizes of the rooms and came up with this: (10.6*18)+(9.6*10)+(8*9.6)+(5*16) +(9.6*10.6)+(12*14.6)+(5.6 * 8.6) +(8.6 * 10.8)+(7.8 * 10) = 939.6
I'm not sure how they got 656 square feet as the total.
Also, for $15k CAD, that doesn't sound like a bad deal at all to me!

the other pictures are a riot too... especially the inverted sink - what they all tell me is that I love my house and I never want to have to move!

Considering that it is a three bedroom house in only 656 square feet, I guess one must stand the bed on edge to move about at all.
And what a lovely guest cottage they have their on the grounds.

This picture tells me that the owners couldn't afford wallpaper, so they lined old floral mattresses up against all the walls for a similar effect.
