If chair is outlawed, only outlaws will have chairs...and the terrorists will have won! I for one, do not want to live in a world where my only options are to stand or lay down. I won't stand for it!

Sweet, mild-mannered chair. Just don't make him angry. You wouldn't like him when he's angry.

That Chair is totally badass -- it doesn't even have ARMS! It's like the Chair equivalent of a white tanktop.

Yikes, that's a lot of pictures to take of that particular listing. "You want walls? Yer spoiled I tell ya, there's no walls here. What? Yous want a kitchen? There ain't no kitchen here neither. Oh, all high and mighty you, you think you want floorboards? Yah, none of dem neither. Now hand over the 26 large."

The real estate market truly was imperiled when organized speculators from the East Coast road into a small Texas Town.

I need more coffee. You guys really need to take a look at:
http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/12590-Post-Oak-Ln_Hearne_TX_77859_1104661907

this listing from the same page. Nice playroom for your tiny tots? What a charming...pool? Oh look, and rusty farm machinery?

This must be the property for people who don't want the expense of putting their children through college? Danger, danger!

ETA: Oh poo. The HTML for a URL cannot be accepted. Sorry guys, I tried to code it so that you wouldn't have to cut and paste.

What?! Too much chair? Never. I saw chair on the curb this morning, it's garbage day. Somebody is going to be VERY surprised when they get home from the office today and chair has wrecked the landscaping.

Could be an idea for a new movie, "Kung Fu Chair"...an unarmed chair seeking justice for those who dun him/her/it wrong!

To the first Anonymous:
My wife was the submitter for this one, and we were came across that listing as well while we were house-hunting earlier this year. It sounds like a great deal for a lot of land with a big house...until you see those pictures and read further into the description. If you look up that house (MLS #52104) on http://www.bcshomebuyer.com (the Search for Homes link on the left), the description says "Home is in need of repair and currently not in livable condition. Being sold AS IS." They even recommend building a new house and using that one for storage. Needless to say, we looked elsewhere. ;-)

To expand on what anonymous said, this listing is certainly a series of "before" pictures with no "after" pictures. Do you want carpet? No problem, there's a pile of it still in plastic wrappers. Do you want a kitchen? There's a wall with a pipe and some wires sticking out of an electrical box. Do you want a bathroom? There's a toilet flange surrounded by exposed joists. Very nice brick exterior however.

Stuart-

It's me, formerly known as Anonymous #3!!! I lost my password, but it has been found:) Your right, all the "anon's" make replying a little tricky...

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
