You know, I get that there is a glut of these foreclosures, and particularly in AZ that is very true. Take the picture from a different angle, for goodness sake. Walk over and take the picture from the corner by the dishwasher, instead of looking in at the dishwasher.
Chances are the stain of off-putting origin will be concealed. An entire two seconds of effort to not have anyone viewing the listing go away with an extra special "Ew." associated with the place.
Yes, they'd see it in person, but at least in person you'd be able to figure out if the place needs cleaning, or the floor needs replacing. Online you just end up wondering who the frak died.

Looks like a normal house otherwise. So, I've got to assume that's a stain that's a stain that is going to require replacing the floor.
