They forgot to photoshop the second image.

Go to the listing and click back and forth between the shots. There is no change in the angle of the shot that could explain this.

You'd think that for twelve million dollars they'd be more careful!

I think the second one is the Photoshopped one, and they didn't mean to include the first photo at all.

It says the dock will be installed this winter. Maybe the first is another artist's impression.

Naaaah,

I bet the dock IS there, but it's the neighbors. They realized the photo WITH the neighbors dock makes your beach look not-so-private and 11 million-dollar-ish, so they photo-shopped it out.

Voila! Now you have a bigger-seeming beach!

I'm pretty sure that dock was photoshopped out, not in. Look carefully at the second photo -- you can see where they covered it up.

BTW, what is everyone talking about with the $12 mil? It's only $6.9 mil -- did the price drop that fast?

Oh yeah, dock totally photoshopped out. You can see where they did it. If you're going to go to all that work, don't put the original photo in!

It's $6 mil without the house, $12 million with. The house hasn't been built yet.

I find it quite interesting that the plot map indicates that this property includes the complete road frontage of the next door lot.

That could be awkward.
