$150K for a trashed house with graffiti all over it? What can be good about that? Actually, two years ago that house would have probably been listed at $300K--that's about the only thing good about it.

But the house's lawyer will petition for four years with time served ...

Great location too! The house is close to several independent recreational pharmaceutical vendors.

And that ply wood straight ahead and to the right is pretty sexy too.

Gah! Poor house! It's funny, the front of the house and the back (and basically the whole interior) do not seem to match the "cute" front of the house.

Close. From $400K to $150? Been a long five years for that place.

Holy Crow, that's some swift, and painful depreciation. That poor house is in a free fall in terms of value. Buy now, and invest in your own future crackhouse? Eek.

Seems the house value has decreased as the neighborhood gang members have increased or grown or established more drug use, territory, etc....
Exponential rule of real estate, neighbors and their children really, really do matter.

My question is. . .If a mirror falls and there's no one around to hear it; does it make a sound?

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
