"So close to the ocean"... I think they're unclear on this whole near/far thing. It IS incredibly close to the flood control channel, and at least 15 minutes in typical OC traffic from a freeway.
It's probably 20-30 minutes away from Westminster, which IS so close to the ocean! We ARE talking LA, Redfin. Malibu isn't close enough to the ocean for some people!

I hope you realize that just because the listings from the MLS are linked to on Redfin's site doesn't mean they're Redfin's listings...The listing agent info is clearly shown on the listing...This one, for example was "Listing Agent: Richard Crain First Housing of America, Inc."
(Not in any way related to Redfin, in fact still trying to kind of figure out how they work)
