I bet they have big pests hiding under their junk piles. my goodness. It's a little surprising that the most organized-looking picture was of the closet.
Oh dear - this is serious. I have neighbors with a nice yard, a nice pool and a nice looking house from the outside...BUT I have never seen or known of anyone who has been invited inside! Yikes is that what lurks within?
p.s. They keep their curtains closed at all times! Hmmmm
I cannot fathom how people live like this. Photos like this make me want to get rid of everything I own!

So they had a problem with a LOT of pests, and there's still a lot of poison lying around. Plus, the photo of the lawn shows serious flooding around the foundation. I'm amazed that the pile of trash was above the level of the ceiling light fixture. This is a case where they were penny wise and pound foolish, how much would it cost to hire a trailer and haul the stuff to the dump? Then someone might actually consider buying the dump.
"How much would it cost to haul all that to the dump?"
Emotionally? Everything. People who hoard like this would rather see their newborn baby tortured to death in agony than throw one item out. It's a mental illness, not simple laziness. They simply cannot do it.
"We're going to need a bigger box."

At least the yard is fairly well kept.

I like how it looks like they've defined "pesticide" underneath.

Wow! Makes me wonder what the house looked like before they straightened up for the photos.

I hope the box next to it, which appears to me to be labelled "$" also stays!

Excellent staging! Your house is much more likely to sell when your mess is placed into one giant pile.
