The first batch of pics in this listing show clean rooms. I was baffled by the horrendously cluttered bedrooms. Then I read that the bedrooms were rented out. Maybe the tenants rebelled and trashed their rooms when they heard the house was for sale. Or maybe they were just slobs.

I love the picture with the rainbow-colored fuzzy duster hanging on the wall above the bed. It's almost like a carrot in front of the donkey! Well . . . from the looks of that messy room, maybe not.
What cracks me up is amongst all the filth, porn, ceiling stains and general tenant dirty protest, is this chintz shower curtain.
I dread to think what lurks behind... Either the landlord put it up especially, or one of the boys' mommies sent it in the post, because they couldn't sleep at night thinking about the state of the original shower curtain.
Brr. I need to wash my hands now. More than twice.
ugh..worse than a frat house. seriously-do people put smut on the walls like that?

Obviously the Morlocks live in the basement. Are the parent owners of this home moving just to get away from thier 3 teenaged sons? This listing reminds me of older men who post on dating sites with a certain type of overly endowed young woman sitting on their lap. And the purpose always eludes me.

Marymarcus here....I like the steep enclosed staircase. Looks like a vintage house that hasn't been remodeled into oblivion.
