Off the market.... and sold at the fabulous CA appreciation rate of minus 4.2%. In AZ, it is still around minus 20%. There are many under-employed realtors in my family, very sad.

the house looks great on the inside but I cannot believe they took pictures with the beds a wreck and unmade and dishes around the kitchen.

Is that an air mattress in the shot? Like it would have taken THAT much time to nudge it out of the picture with your foot.
...Then again, if you're going to do that, suddenly it seems like you ought to take the coffee table off the couch cushions and open the blinds.
