Okay, barring and actual photo for a two million dollar condo, couldn't they have at least used a) a good painting b) an actual picture of the alleged spectacular water views?

Well, at least it's designed by an "arquitect" - a distant cousin of the "aquatect". You know, an architect for boats? Or something like that?

The watercolor has been replaced by photos -- seemingly outdoor shots with a CGI interior composited on top of them.
