For a frat house, it's actually in pretty good shape. And hey, if a frat house is what you're in the market for, then the party garage is a selling point, I guess.
Glad to see the frat boys are still keeping rents inflated.

It's the Odd Couple. One has an un-made bed and clothes on the floor, and the other's room room is meticulously neat with his slippers lined up in parallel in front of his full length mirror.
Second photo down on the right, in the listing, is that a bong at the foot of the bed? It might be a lamp, but there's no bulb or shade, but given the general state of the rooms, it's a total toss-up. It could be a lamp that one of the roommates took the bulb from, or it could just be a bong.
Does it come with a plaid couch and beer pong table?
How far is it to Blanchard's?

Please, it's an available single family home in Boston. That's like finding a unicorn in a field of four leaf clovers. There could be graffiti in the living room and someone would buy it.

Allston!
This place looks downright palatial compared to the places I lived in Allston (on Reedsdale just behind the Gibbs gas station and up on Kelton).
And is the graffiti room a garage or a basement? It looks a lot like the basements I had in my places on Allston.

I'll be honest, I laugh at this place all the time, but I was a frat boy once, and honestly, its a solid deal!

I agree that this place is in good shape by Allston standards. I lived for awhile on Allston St. by the Silhouette ... total rathole. But we did have some great parties there!
Maybe the realtor was going for the patriotic theme.

[Image] Aww, Elizabeth found a listing in Allston, my old home. I appreciate the honesty. The real estate agent could've had the kitchen as the main photo, or an exterior, or really pretty much anything, but he went with the graffittied garage. Start planning your keggers now! Tell the rugby team the party's at your place!
P.S. I actually lived in Lower Allston, which is entirely different.

This looks like transitional housing, going to or coming from a freeway overpass.

Well, at least the BU students had lots of honesty and integrity as they were spray-painting their garage in a kegger-induced mania.

Nice frat house. Are those cricket bats on the wall? Are we sure this isn't Allston, England?

Looks eerily similar to a house my son lived in in Allston on Hooker Street (behind the Hess station). What a pit.

By Allston standards, this is a pretty classy joint.
In a related note, this is why I live in Cambridge.

We must look at the bones and the possibilities and ignore the dressing.

I see a bong in one picture and dirty underpants on the floor in another. Ah college boys. So classy!

Did I spy with my little eye a Sports Illustrated football phone in the kitchen?[aura]
