At least they put it on the back stoop. Jeez, how much privacy does one really need?

Now, if the toilet was on the *front* porch...well, then it's a different story altogether.

Reminds me of something from my neighborhood growing up -- mostly 3 bedroom ranches with one bath -- in one house down the block with 4 or 5 boys, the mom had dad install a urinal in the garage, which was occasionally visible if the door was left up and no car in garage. I remember my mother was a bit jealous (3 boys in our family) as were many of the other moms with boys. Thanks for triggering a funny memory.

I guess they don't have these issues in McMansion neighborhoods!!!

What a contrast between the outside and the inside! The front porch looks like its being held prisoner, but the inside is actually cute, with the inlaid floors, and seemingly rather clean.

Poor house, here's hoping someone buys it before it is broken into and the outside and the inside more closely match.

"Seller to confirm all permits," "Buyer is motivated"??

"Buyer is motivated and will consider all offers." Doesn't that strike you as a little presumptuous? Or maybe the seller has ESP???

I have a neighbor across the street who drinks with his buddies in his garage and then they pee on the side of the garage - In line with my living room window.
It's nice on a sunday afternoon to see 50 year old men doing the pee shake.
If they had a toilet it may be respectable.

Even outside, the lid is left up! Classier porch toilet-users always put the seat/lid down.

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
