Could someone please explain "INCLUDES NEWER ELECTRICITY"?? Is that better than older elec?

I believe "newer electricity" means the wiring has been updated to modern code (copper vs aluminum), and maybe the electrical panels as well. I'm no expert, though.

Sharon, "newer" electricity means this house's wiring is AC rather than BC.
