I think the funniest part of the whole thing is the amount of care that was clearly invested in ensuring that the bathroom looked nice. I think putting about 50% of that effort into the back of the house would probably pay off.

That's got to be a shed or something. I can't imagine someone putting in nice wood floors yet leaving the rest like that.
Wow! What happened? Nice, nice, not my taste but nice, nice and Whoa! What is up with the framing for that window? Seriously, a day's work would prevent that "What else is wrong that I can't see feeling?" that is brought on by that window. Also, are those pilings from some long gone construction? Weird...
Yikes, the view of the other side of the yard shows 2 grave type things, outlined in rocks, with a memorial cross perched on one...
Don't ya hate when you run out of money and have to sell? That's a cute little house in a rotten area... And as a Chargers fan I'd be in mortal danger living there!
The inside is so beautiful, what a shame they didn't get to the back ...

Hysterical! I love all your posts -- I can't believe this are FOR REAL! And these people -- do they actually expect to sell something? I wonder how many of these do sell --present economy notwithstanding, of course...
Yes, I'm sure the yard does need TLC, but it's the double-pane windows I'm wondering about. They double-pane windows which are mentioned in the listing. The double-pane windows which, if I'm seeing things correctly, are just sort of hanging in the wall with not much supporting them.
Wait, that's not fair of me. Some of the windows have plenty of support. Support in the form of big sheets of plywood nailed right across them. They're not going anywhere.
