If "HOUSE IS UP THE WALK-WAY/STAIRS AWAY FROM THE STREET," my guess us that this must be a picture of the walk-way/stairs. The numbers are probably other houses away from the street. Aren't all houses away from the street?

How is it possible to have a house on such a teensy lot? Or is this like, part of a fourplex (or more) and they're just counting the fraction of the lot that belongs with this tiny house?

Karen found this and didn't know what it was supposed to show, but I think it's clear: it's a moat. Not the most impassable of moats, but clearly a moat.
