People really should remember what mirrors DO. Maybe the person was just trusting the picture would remain small enough noone would notice the reflection? And I don't know if it's a $150k staircase but it is fabulous.
@ Callisto : you are not alone. I'm very far from pervert, but the Modesty chair always makes my day too :) BTW I'm half shocked, half amused by this photo.
Okay. I'll admit it. I totally clicked the link to see the picture sans modesty chair. Methinks naked guy is more shy than we thought because the picture is gone! No tiny little blurry thrill for me. heh.
Your anonymous commenter referred to it, but there's a history of this kind of nonsense, including a famous incident with a kettle. Snopes has a (not safe for work) page about it here: http://www.snopes.com/photos/risque/kettle.asp
Wait, ok, there's a naked man taking pictures... that's a worry. But the bath - in front of the bed? Is that normal??

Did you see the "modest" art in the living room?? Looks like those "sculptures" are wishing chair would come.
And I like the NUMEROUS typos like "sound proof" -- if a tree falls in this house and no one is there to hear it, can you prove there was sound? And is "River" the proper name of the river? And the chef kitchen comes with it's very own wolf (who apparently has gas)? And poor main floor fireplace, it must very jealous that master bedroom Fireplace gets a proper name like River. Oh I could go on and on . . .
Am I the only one wondering why a person would want the bathtub to be three steps from the bed? I also like for a bathroom to have, you know, a DOOR...but that's just me.
Ew. Isn't this a sort of assault? Forcing a kink on unwilling people is wrong.
This is no accident.
That aside, I'm a big fan of the modesty chair! Very tasteful.

Call me curious (okay maybe just a hair perverted), but I looked at every picture to see if there was anything else reflective. I think I may have found him in the third kitchen picture (in the microwave), but it is even smaller than the first reflection. If it weren't for the modesty flash in the flat screen TV, I think we might truly know what is going on here!
marn said I think the bathtub-in-bedroom is a Euro thing...but apparently it's becoming a trend in the U.S.
I have never seen a tub in the bedroom, at least not in Finland. Bathtubs are not all that common here to begin with, but when a house has one, it's usually in the bathroom

Inadvertently posting a pic of yourself naked online: PRICELESS

Is this a case of reflectoporn??
May 25, 2009 at 3:34 PM
I *covet* this house. I *might* even take the naked man, if he meets my specifications and the bank will approve the chattel.
May 25, 2009 at 4:25 PM
Hilarious! Love the chair.
May 25, 2009 at 4:43 PM
Other than the obvious, I LOVE this house. That walk-in wardrobe is bigger than my bedroom!
May 25, 2009 at 4:45 PM
And WHO took the picture? Is there a realtor walking around whilst naked man showers?
May 25, 2009 at 4:46 PM
I know I sound like a total sicko, but I just love it when we need to use the modesty chair.

Over 1 millions dollars spent! 1 millions dollars!
May 25, 2009 at 5:52 PM
LOL! "massive walking closeth" is exactly the kind of typo I make every day.
May 25, 2009 at 6:15 PM
It's a yin/yang thing - since there is a "clothest", there must be an "unclothest".
And there it is. Literally.
We have harmony.

*snicker* Never mind. It's there. The poor guy probably won't be too happy to know that his little buddy didn't make an impression on me at all.

Ummm...is that a tub in the bedroom? In front of the bed, and right in front of large windows?
May 25, 2009 at 8:23 PM
Oh, Modesty Chair. Thank goodness for you. Thank GOODNESS for you!
May 25, 2009 at 9:46 PM
ET, is that you?
Not convinced it was accidental. I think anonymous hit the nail on the head.
May 25, 2009 at 10:36 PM
The owner took the picture, not a realtor. The site specializes in listings by owner. I bet he's wishing he would have hired a realtor after all ;-)

It says the house has two saunas.... maybe it was built by Finns, and this guy decided to snap a picture immediately after leaving the sauna.

I can't stop laughing at the modesty chair. Especially considering on the non-modesty-like things this chair has apparently been caught doing lately.
May 26, 2009 at 6:25 AM
All so lovely, but my fave photo is the cat, staring pensively out the closet window.

I love the last image - note the artwork: 2 nudes discretely covering their privates.

So many reflective surfaces, so many photo opportunities!
Don't you just hate it when your clothests just take off walking and you're just left there in your all together?
Absolutely LOVE the banana rack! How Freudian.

I'm glad I'm not the only one confused by the whole bathtub at the foot of the bed thing.
