Does "Is currently a great investment property, tenants willing to stay," actually translate as "If you want to evict the current tenants, that's going to be your problem, I'm not messing with it"?

I don't know much about staging, but one thing I'm pretty certain about: just because your minibike matches your vacuum cleaner doesn't mean you should park it in the dining room.
