I find it disturbing that it appears a small bomb went off in EVERY SINGLE ROOM! Is this a cabin in the middle of a secluded woods? Did Ted Kaczynski once live here?

as if it isn't creepy enough to have all the windows boarded up, what is with the explosion deitrus in every room?
This house has NO heat. IN ALASKA!!!! A bit odd, don't you think? (although that might be why each room has a ceremonial fire pit.)

Hahahaha!! I used to live in Wasilla, how wonderful to have this lovely "instant equity builder" represent my hometown -- so funny! No, really, there are actually some "normal" houses, but Alaska sadly has been bypassed by modern housing design . . . this isn;t even all that unusual looking. . . . !
Wasilla's gotten pretty famous lately (thanks to Sarah Palin)...now that we know it's the "crystal meth capital" of Alaska, that might explain some of what's going on here.

What is the black hole doing in the center of the kitchen floor? Do you suppose they had some kind of ceremonial fire one night in the kitchen?

Not only a ceremonial fire .... one of the other rooms like like they lit fireworks in it!

...and during that ceremonial fire, the plastic overlays covering the florescent lights melted away...

"Although this home needs flooring, paint, heating system, etc. it still leaves room for instant equity."
How is that possible? How?

Do any animals come with the property or do I have to bring my own goats and cows?

Awesome! This house has the distinction of being hit by a meteor and the crater to prove it...

Don't let "The Land of Eternal Night" get you down. Just board up those windows and turn on the fluorescences.

I know I'm late to the party here- but did anyone else think of Nightcrawler's 'bamf'ing when they saw the giant soot stains on the floors?
No?
