A second look makes me ask this question: Do they really think that people will notice that the deck, which is "decorated" so lovely with greenery in hanging boxes in the full shot of the house, has absolutely nothing on it in the later shots? It's not like the pattern of the railings is distinct or anything!
The plants in the front of the cabin are badly photoshopped as well. I'm a little concerned about the floating dining table and chairs. Seems a bit dangerous to me. It's a lovely house, I don't know why someone felt they needed to fix it up a bit.

Click to the agent's page and you see she likes large fonts... and is also a expert on staging houses - I wonder if she uses real furniture?
Naw, a Sims house would have better furniture. And look more realistic.

Hey, that might not be a Photoshop job. Maybe the couch just has neon undercarriage lights. On top of some sort of carpet woven from fiber-optic cables. With furniture that is painted with trompe-l'oeil shadows. Because that's totally the new style.
Virtual Staging! It's really brilliant actually, but as an accredited staging professional, why the heck didn't she just stage the place for reals? Not sure I'd hire her to "stage" a home. -Susie
The 2nd pic of the photoshopped couch is even worse. I know they say a house sells better when it's staged, but I think that only applies when you use actual furnishings.

I don't think I'd mind, generally, having furniture added to give a sense of scale that's otherwise missing in an empty room. The problem is, when it's 'shopped in, you don't know the scale is accurate. If the sofa, rug, etc. are 20% smaller than a real one would look in that spot, it will make the room look bigger.
Wow, that's a bad Photoshop job. But what alarms me more is all the wood throughout the place. Jesus, Allah, and Buddha--what the hell did they do? Cut down a whole freakin' forest?

[Image]This house, found by Suzanne, is where holograms come to kick back on weekends. They wipe their hologram feet when they first come in so they don't get hologram mud on the hologram carpet, then they relax on the hologram sofa with the hologram throw cushions.

I think that might be the Sims' house.

Oh man... the person who Photoshopped that furniture in there probably thought they'd done a fantastic job. "Nobody will be able to tell!"

Sure saves on the expense of actually setting up a house to show! I hope they get a deep discount on the listing agent's commission.
