I feel sorry for the lawn mower, I know what it's like to want to run away.

It probably saw the rest of the house and realized it's chances for survival there were not good.

This house "hasn't been finished".

They started in 1960.

"Roger, I'm getting concerned that we'll never have storage spaces for all these clothes, rags and buckets!"

"Relax, dear. Steve said he'd be back on Tuesday to finish that up."

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
