"Perfect for future Adult Family." Are they trying to sell this to munchkins, what? Perhaps that explains why all the interior photos are taken from the height / perspective of a family dog. Because they would best appreciate all that lush greeness featured in the photos.
I think this would qualify as a photoshop disaster. I am waiting for you to inform us that this is another house from New Zealand. I find myself looking for the turtle or the boy hiding behind a tree from previous listings.

See, I'm reading "Adult Family Home" as something along the line of Hef and his Bunnies. Cuz, you know, a few upgrades and you've got the next Playboy Mansion.
Funny how oversaturating the lawn in the first pic has the effect of making the trees (which I am pretty sure were part of the original) look like they were comped in.

Ok, I was curious so I googled. "Adult family home" is the WA name for a current trend in assisted living or similar arrangements. It's staffed but supposedly they try to run it like a family home, not so much like a hospital. Could be for older people or people with various kinds of mental challenges. It's 2 to 6 residents in WA.
Incredible shrinking agent.... Makes for an interesting view of the place. Just wish it had a larger back yard, there's apparently only room for a small birdbath...
I'm looking at this again ... ya gotta wonder why the real estate agents think it's okay to 'shop out all the things that a potential buyer will notice straight away when they inspect ... like all the neighbourhood trees (in Street View, this is actually quite a nice looking house).
The faux blue skies is more disturbing then the grass and trees. Let's be honest, Lynnood is in the convergence zone, so blue skies with fluffy clouds don't normally exist.
I should know, we used to live in the area. Couldn't wait to move away.

Not only is it going to be obvious the instant a potential buyer gets there, but, is there really anyone for whom a badly-maintained front lawn is enough reason to not buy a house? That's not even on my list of things to think about whether or not I care about.
What is up with Lynnwood and all the "perfect for adult family home" listings? I started my home search up there and like, every third listing said that!
