Oh.... I don't know what to say. What you can say? It's one of the strangest things I've ever seen. Buying a house and touring homes is right up there with Ripley's Believe It or Not. I saw some of the strangest things when we were house shopping and some of them are pictured here.
That looks like someone didn't put a coat of primer down before they painted the walls. Moisture from the bathroom gets between the walls and the paint, and if you're using an oil-based latex, you get something... well, something like this.
Even the relator was afraid to get any nearer, "Just take the picture and run!" T

Eric found this delightful house. There's so much that's wrong here -- the photo itself, the door (wall?) blocking the way, the walls which are... um... melting?
"At least the lid is down."
