This was so curious I went and read the listing. That's the "before" photo.....before they converted that carport to a swanky family room. Someone is still going to need to explain to me how you fit 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen and family room into 956 SQUARE FEET!!! That's a tight squeeze.

My theory is that the people living in the house for sale really suck, like a super loud bike gang or frat boys, or both. The people actually selling the house live across the street and just want some peace and quiet.

And by the way, I found this blog at lunch. I was laughing so hard a coworker came into my office to see if I was laughing or crying. I couldn't control myself long enough to explain to her what was so funny.

You're brilliant. I bow to you.

"Please do not disturb the occupants. Property sold as is."

The house is being sold by the neighbor across the street who just wants some peace and quiet from the motorcycle gang who currently lives there. Sadly, the listing makes it sound like the bike gang comes with the house.

Suzanne, it's possible. My old house had three bedrooms, one bath, pantry, largeish kitchen, living room, and hallway in 960 square feet.

Oh, and I bet there are tenants in the house who didn't let the agent in.

Why are there two kitchens shown, yet in the comments it says:

Kitchen Information
No Range/Oven
No Appliances

It's a bigger mystery!

You see... I saw a picture of this house on-line and had to have it. But it wasn't for sell, so I took a picture of it and listed it myself.

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
