Can we take a second and appreciate that the kitchenroom hybrid here costs FOUR HUNDRED AND TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS?!

GAH! Is the picture being taken from the bed in the corner? How handy!

Well it is a very spacious room. Also what's the deal with exterior door on the other side of the fridge?

The high price is thanks to the land, and the land only... which has an assessed value of $397,800.

The piece of shit structure is not what buyers are looking at in this case (thank god!).

Insane... spend 400k for 1/10th of an acre, and then you have to tear the dump down and build something!

And this is cute: "Don't miss upper part of lot. Be careful ascending."

All I can say about this listing is "Really?! Wow."

I figured it had to be for land value but holy heck, that's an unappealing property, to put it mildly. Forget about needing vision, you'd practically need the second sight to see potential in this place, and the lot is tiny on top of all that.

I don't know anything about Fairfax, California, what's the story with it? Is it an incredibly posh enclave or something? I have a hard time believing that, seeing as that house is currently perched on that lot.

Did anyone else notice that this "ranch" style home looks more like a trailer?

$400,000 for a crappy trailer? How is it average people can afford to live in California???

What a hellish-looking place! And did you notice that the single bathroom (not to mention the aforesaid fridge) is in the converted garage, which is "not guaranteed or warranted" and appears to be a separate structure? It'd be a good place to shoot a low-budget horror movie, though: something like "Trailer Camp Zombies". Ummmmm (slurp), braaaainsss!

Sigh, I can't even be sarcastic about this one. It is beyond words or even my comprehension.

Next property, please.

Think how convenient it would be to almost be able to reach into the fridge to grab a drink while on the potty.

Maybe this will start a new trend.

Or not ...

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
