I love that all the interior shots are blurry while the exterior shots are totally clear. And one is no longer available, leading me to wonder if it shows some of the crime suggested in the picture of the driveway with, could it be, crime scene tape across it?
since the outside shots are clear and the inside shots are blurry, one must conclude that the inside of the house is realy a blurry place...or that the realator is hiding somehting...the no longer available pic leads to suspect
The blurriness is due to the camera lens getting coated with ectoplasm that surrounded the house after Carol Anne finally went into the light. Maybe.
In any case, it actually is a blessing.

Hmmm, so the house has no heating, no air conditioning and the homeowner's association has pet rules (what the heck does that mean??). Sounds like a steal for less than half a million dollars!
It never ceases to amaze me how much houses cost in CA. This "fixer-upper" might not even catch $100K in Oklahoma! Of course we have no mountains or beaches....

As if the interior shots were not enough to make you want to buy this home, that first exterior shot teases us with the right rear tail light/tail fin of a '57 Ford.

The photo's were so blurry, I thought I was looking at a listing on Craigslist!
After getting drawn into the blurry piano picture, and wanting to find out more about this lovely gem of a house...yikes...I notice the crime scene tape across the yard. Here is my suspicion: realtor starts taking pictures around the yard. They are nice and in focus. Realtor sees crime scene and decides it is time to run. But before running through the house in order to get the job done said realtor just runs as fast as the realtor can with the camera just taking any random shot inside the house on the way back to the car to escape whatever they saw at the crime scene. Now I feel sorry for the piano. It was left to fend for itself.

10 min. from Valencia I might believe. 10 min. from Ventura beach? Maybe by helicopter. More like an hour by road.

If nothing else, this listing has been able to inspire a Tom Waits reference, so at least it's done some good!

Lovely cul-de-sac ranch conveniently located inside a vortex of blurriness.
