Once again, Bob was completely confused when the Wife asked if he'd get her a Salad Shooter.

I believe those are merely suspicious-looking window cranks.

Or at least I hope: in Scotland, ever since Dunblane it's been a felony to even own a handgun, let alone three.

I'm a gun control proponent and still all I can think is, "Wow! What a beautiful house!"

My mother is from Scotland, and still lives there half the year. Not just anyone can own a handgun, you have to have a specially approved permit, so it really is quite odd to see that many handguns.

I wonder if it is a military officers house? No matter, it's freaking gorgeous, even with the odd kitchen furnishings.

I think the handguns are nice to have on the wall when you are meeting your daughter's prom date.

It's not illegal to own a handgun in the UK but it is illegal to store them like this.

I'm still not entirely convinced those are handguns though.

Aberdeen! It's Gaelic for hypothermia!

Wow. For a while I thought they were maybe embroidered on the window netting... Hmm... it would be handy in my house, I could plink bunnies from my kitchen window!

I'm at a loss about the couch as well...

Why do they have a sofa and at least one television in the kitchen?

The agent merely wanted to show the possibilities! This is the perfect house for when you have to go "to the mattresses"! You can attach your firearms to the magnetic knife wrack and keep a couch in the kitchen. Food, comfort, and weaponry all in one place!

When the couches attacked, that was to be their last line of defense.

The guns are in case anyone from the anti chair contingent show up, the couch is for cover.

The house looks perfect from the outside!

Those scarlet bathroom walls though and the guns in the kitchen scream 'bloodbath!'

Maybe this is why I don't watch many scary movies - I have waaaaayyyyyy too much imagination!

There's a couch in the kitchen and you're concerned about their decorating? A sofa! In the KITCHEN! I'm baffled!

Since its Scotland, they are obviously frugal people who use their handguns to hold up the drying plastic baggies they have just washed. I've turned a discarded rocket launcher into a storage container for my leftover shopping bags. Frugal and environmentally friendly!

I guess the guns give a whole new definition to "drawing room".
Hey-yo! I'll be here all week ladies and gentlemen.

I do like that the guns are hanging up like keys. You can have mother, father, and daughter's guns all right there for when you leave. I know i hate when i'm running late and i cant find my gun.

It appears to be the kitchen/living room but beyond the sofas I was laughing because I'm pretty sure the sofa is looking at an entertainment center (presumably including a TV) and yet there's another small TV on the countertop.

Sofa!! Ahhh...now THAT is a man's kitchen! Where's the remote?

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
