There's nothing wrong with that house that a little paint won't fix... Wait, make that paint, goo-gone, scraper, pergo, new carpet, sander, lattice, rebath, plaster, nails, screws, hammer, and an expert carpenter, etc...

and maybe taking down of the Christmas lights

I just want to say thank you. I was feeling a little discouraged with my lack of decorating ability. I feel so much better now.

Why, oh why, do people NOT scrub the hell out of the bathroom before putting their house on the market? And put the toilet seat down!

What about the 9th pic with the low ceiling and the door that won't open? Too funny!

If you look at the realtor page, the description includes: Property SOLD AS-IS; WHERE-IS

It lists this twice. I think they're pretty serious about not moving the house for you. But part of me wants to ask if they would.

They raised actual children in that mold-hole...skeery. But hey! Imagine all the fun they had skateboarding over those cupped floor boards. Wheeeeeeeeee!

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
