At the risk of spoiling the fun... I suspect this is a person whose first language is not English, and all they're trying to say is "free shed, you must take it apart and remove it yourself."
Strange, 'cause I hadn't realized Arthur "Two Sheds" Jackson was not a native English speaker.

It's a stereogram! If you cock your eyes so the images overlap, you get a 3-D representation of the listing. If only all listings were this great.

Spooky garage house of DEATH! Believe me, if I ever had to live in a garage, I would NOT be going in without Hector (.45) or Louise(.38)!
And doesn't it have to have a window to qualify as a living space for a human? Unless we can't see t he lovely alley view from the front "door".

And by "you must disarm yourself", the writer means "after you've been here, you'll have to cut your arms off to get rid of the stink".
