If you're a coffee geek like me, a setup like this is not unusual: kitchen for kitchen stuff and espresso bar in the media room for caffeinated stuff.

My aunt and uncle for some reason put a kitchen in their basement. The same size and shape as the kitchen upstairs, and right under the kitchen upstairs. They had refinished the basement and had a dining room down there so I guess at some point they got sick of carrying food down the basement stairs? I really never quite understood the motivation.
You forgot the "Burphy" Bed. the description says, "burphy" bed. Is that a typo for "Murphy" or "barfy"?

[Image] [Image] This 414 square foot studio seems to have two kitchens. Maybe the bottom one is a real kitchen, and they wisely moved all the appliances to the other corner to take the photo... and then forgot to move them out of the way for the second photo?

I'm guessing the top one is the screening room.
