My Mom actually lives in this town. The phrasing sounds daunting but there are spectacular views. Most of the homes in this area have no neighbors for a quarter mile on each side. Looks like a typical NM home, a lot of people are still living with a 70's and 80's frame of mind.

If you go to the home's listing, the realtor brags about the home's "spectacular views of White Sands Missile Range."
