Lovely house though, hope the next owners are more gentle with it!

Why would you put a bucket in dripping bathtub? Mine drips and the water just goes down the drain. It may be something more serious--like a leaky drain.
I'm originally from Baltimore and I'm not sure what to make of this one. The price is astonishingly low, even given the state of the bathroom and the fact that the kitchen doesn't look to have been renovated since the house was built. Looking at the map, it looks like it's in a nice enough area. I moved 10 years ago, but the neighborhood around the CoNDoM was still pretty decent back then. Of course, it may have turned into one of those border zones on the edge of the kind of neighborhood where you'd get shot if you stopped at the red light.
It was on Whiteford, it was a bathroom Panelled walls and ugly drapes, Tiny kitchen out of shape, The sink had stool legs that did the cha-cha, They took photos of the place, trying to sell the house apace. Across a rotten floor, they took just five shots more, They were realtors who had a short sale Down in Baltimore!

The description says it's a lovely 2 story house (doesn't look two story in the exterior shot). ?

Just like anonymous said -- why put a bucket to catch water when it could just go down the drain?
And why prop your bathroom sink up with a couple of old broom handles?
Why does the Realtor work in Hawaii and MD? Seems pretty far to commute.
Jackie... It could be that the lot is too small to build residential due to modern zoning laws?

I don't think the tub faucet is dripping. I think they have really low water pressure and are waiting for the bucket to fill so they can wash the disgusting floor.

At least that bathroom works. This house has 3, but only 1 'functional'

Wow! That bathroom photos just screams "Call a plumber and buy some bleach to kill the mold!"

Oh I think the bright yellow bucket goes wonderfully with the bar stool legs that are holding up the sink.

But if the bright yellow bucket doesn't tip you off, try looking at the rotting floor.
