Silly ... that's a portrait of Hector, the realtor's son. He was the result of a brief but lurid affair with Yolanda, who came by every Tuesday to um, make sure things were clean.

Now that is freaky!
Who is this man?!?!?!?! I feel like I'm missing out, because he's obviously important coz he's been in 2 different real estate photos.... or maybe he's just asia's version of "the photo frame" guy.
You know, the same guy that's always in photo frames. :-)
The angle of the head. The crease at the corner of his mouth. The less than joyful look to his eyes.
He's disappointed in the residents of this house. As a Catholic, I would feel even MORE guilt living there.

Ok, I know we're supposed to focus on the painting and all but did anyone catch the decription "with special attention paid to eco-friendly materials"? Last time I checked, granite countertops (that emit radon gas) and cherry cabinets are not exactly "eco friendly" materials. (A little bit of bamboo flooring hath not a green house make.)
okay, so I'm going to go with staged home stock wall art. It's not the Realtor's son but it's art done by the real estate office's owner's slacker younger brother whose only income is doing photoshop effects on photos of his girlfriend's "brother" for his sibling (see - equal opportunity to be the older enabler big sis/bro) and hanging them in empty houses so the walls don't look so stark. The hardest part of his job is taping the pieces of cardstock together to look like it's one sheet. He charges by the hour though so it's not like 3 18-hour days is "too" long.

The person in that painting appears to be Chinese actor Tony Leung. And the guy in the first post looks like actor Andy Lau. Or it could just be two self absorbed guys.
WAIT. I totally know who that is. I think. This one's Tony Leung (who I think really *is* hot, though not so much with the facial hair) & the other one is Andy Lau. Both from Infernal Affairs.
Awesome movie, awesome actors, but wow I really would not have those paintings on my walls.
I'm wondering if it's just that these people have the same taste in art... but ya gotta wonder why the artist chose THAT guy.
Maybe it's the artist himself. He loves himself so much, that that's all he paints!

that is totally Hong Kong actor Tony Leung in the painting...I thought I recognized that giant face. As to the previous post, I agree with both tmontana and jacicita that it looks to be Andy Lau.
Hey! We have our own Asian photo frame guy right here in Berkeley. I think he owns the Longs Drugs or something. He's always "modeling" coats and walking down mysterious runways. Very odd.

He looks as if he's a bit disgusted with the owner's choice of Polar Bear skin rug...

Sara, Are you sure this guy isn't related to the giant dog as well?

6 months of your blog have taught this guy NOTHING about real estate listings?

Oh wait, Jeri already said exactly that. Huh. Well anyway, it's so true, it's worth saying again.
Well said Jeri.
