About two months ago, my brother moved to San Jose. I was there at the same time and got to help him apartment hunt. He's renting a "studio" with shared bath in the hood for $850 a month. It's probably 10' by 12' maybe, and very well kept. Another couple of friends bought a house in Mountain View, about 20 minutes north, for a small fortune. My long-winded point is this....I'd be very wary of any house in this area being sold for under $500,000. Seriously. Very wary.

I think you picked the wrong tune, maybe some bollywood song... because I'm almost positive that the room looks like it has East Indian styles. This blog is milarious. This was probably this first time I didn't see the humor. Way to be culturally insensitive btw.

For the price, that's not a bad little place! Put $100K into it, fix the invisible deck, make sure the pool is working well, and upgrade the kitchen (A LOT!) and you'll have a winner of a starter!
Oh, my, that music sooo matches the pillows. Look at 'em kick!

For some reason, I saw this and I put the music on like you said and it made me cry from laughter. I know it was funny, but not THAT funny... And odd about the iguana... or whatever it is! Awesome blog!

I think it's an iguana.
Why would they put the family iguana in the listing?

In addition to me questioning your sanity, my co-workers are now questioning mine. Great job, and love your sense of humor!

I love that the stegosaurus-spine effect of the cushions is so beautifully reflected in the coffee table.

The kids whose picture hangs behind the tall plant is clearly NOT the parents' favorite!
