No look, they tried to keep him/her cozy. They ran out of hats- hence the spaceheater plugged into an outlet in some other room but lugged infront of our thin friend there. ...they just weren't kind enough to face it the right way round.

It says: 1) The house can't be heated enough by its main heating, so a space heater is required 2) The electrical circuits in the house can not handle the wattage of a space heater, and thus needs to be plugged into another room
There must be courses that these agents can take.

They need to put a hat on him (her?). Even with two coats and the space heater, he (she?) has to be a little chilly, what with being so thin and all.
