This is an odd photo, too. I suddenly heard the voice of a design teacher I had in college saying "Remember the three spaces!". Kitchen just needs granite or tile counter tops? Um, yeah. That and dry wall repair and paint and complete re-do of the island and new appliances and....
Homeowner started remodeling, almost done? My god, what did it look like before?
