I'm shocked they didn't list the two swimming pools as a selling point. Two swimmin' holes! Now that's livin'.

Living in a growth path COULD be a good thing. The Casino would want to buy your property so that they can expand - usually offering more than market value.

When they said the owners hired professionals, I was sure it was to attractively stage the place to impress the buyers.

It is indeed worthy of being bulldozed for casino expansion.

Are you sure people lived here? Looks like pet food bowls and a pet water tank thing over by the recliners. Maybe each pet had it's own chair to curl up in??

"more than market value" is great, unless you're in a declining market, and the "more than market value" they pay you is way less than what you paid for it.

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
