Gotta love these unmoderated Craigslist for creative license-- "super huge bedroom, huge bedroom, and average bedroom." Sounds like the perfect house for Goldilocks. But wait! Dogs okay (woof), cats okay (purr)... additional fees charged for pets--(hunh?!?)
I think there is a no-photos policy, or maybe they don't want the neighbors to know they are moving, so they had to pretend they were taking a photo of something else...
Just how close do they live to the oil refinery? "Honey! I've got a great idea for taking a photo of the townhouse. We'll use the reflection on the gas trucks that are constantly passing our home!"

Reminds me of a mathematical lecture I once saw, "Selling Real Estate in Hyperbolic Space."

I saw "Smart thinking" to whoever came up with the idea of using a car bumper rather than waste money on a wide-angle lens!

Reminds me of that thing that came out of people's chest in Donnie Darko.
So maybe this agent could explain the plot of the movie to me...

janny226: considering how close this house is to Fort Meade, that would have been my first guess too: some kind of no-photographing-the-houses policy.

I'm intrigued. Why would there be a no photography rule?
