Today I was sitting in class, learning about Sunshine in Government laws... and it was cold, overcast and "murky" (the word choice of the local weather man).
Right now, I'd buy a house based on clear blue sky.
I'm a little farther south from you. I'm in western Oregon, so I don't quite have that Puget Sound weather. But in the winter time, I would give a gazillion dollars for blue sky instead of the constant gray. I almost wouldn't care if it was a crack house.
I'd take just about anything that wasn't frozen solid.

If it comes with a blue sky warranty, I'll buy it.

Ok, I tried to view this picture 3 different times, each time thinking that something wasn't loading right. I finally get it. (Hangs head in shame)

[Image]Valerie seemed to think this was an odd choice of photo for a real estate listing, especially if it's going to be the only photo. But sitting here in the Puget Sound Convergence Zone, looking out at yet another overcast day, I have to say that photo of a clear blue sky is just about enough to get me to buy the place.
"You know those jokes about Seattle weather? Ha. Ha. Ha."

Ha! The joke's on you! That's really the you-fell-asleep-with-the-DVD-player-still-on screen!
How was Iron Man anyway?

Near Santa Clara, perhaps this is a Blue Screen of Death, real estate style?
I'd love to see the 2004 updates... This could be a real bargain house!

And not a cloud in the sky is there?

Brandy - the listing agent has yet to install Service Pack XVIII. Therein lies the problem ...
