Oooh ... someone got MAD and has a temper!

I wonder if that mess is in the basement and the rest of the house is as nice as the outside.

From the outside it looks like a nice normal home and the price is amazingly low for waterfront properly.

They house probably gets flooded though in storms. :(

My guess is a wild party before the repo, but the contrast between the outside and the inside is amazing.

I'm thinking it wasn't so much zombies as disgruntled soon-to-be-foreclosed-on homeowners. I'd also make the argument that this is performance art representing American anxiety and pain during a recession.

CM,

Or maybe disgruntled soon-to-be-foreclosed-on homeowner performance artist zombies.

Another listing site says it's vandalism. Sad.

jenjen, that's what it looks like to me. Looks like someone broke in and had a nasty, destructive party.

Poor house :-) Someone will score quite the low price waterfront property, and then have one tremendous clean up job. Yikes.

Since I plan to remain a poor college student for quite a while, I think this is where I will live. It is, after all, no better than the university apartments I reside in.

This listing reminds of an old girlfriend of mine ... beautiful on the outside, but a wreck on the inside.

I did not just share that.

Alissa: You are SO right! I think it was the Miami dateline that threw me off. Who would have thought Miami had zombies?

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
