The house exterior still doesn't look great, but it's good that they gave the pickup a nice new coat of paint!

If you scroll down the Jerilyn street, you will see one of the homes has sort sort of camper sticking half way out of the garage - no way to shut the garage door. What a lovely neighborhood!

I had to click on the listing just to see where that dumpy neighborhood was. To my surprise, it turned out to be about a couple of miles from the house I grew up in!! Things have gone downhill in that area.
Hmmm somebody should be living in their cars...because the stuff with wheels far surpasses their home!

Would it have killed them to photoshop a nice green lawn in the front there? stamp-stamp-stamp...

This blog absolutely cracks me up. I check it frequently for a laugh or two (which it always provides). Great sense of humor and photos to match. Thanks for all the laughs!

How about that sales history? Sept 2003- $395k June 2008- $284k Oct 2008- $156k (asking)
Hmmmm. What's wrong with this picture? I don't think a bad economy can be completely blamed for a depreciation of almost $130k in FOUR months!

[Image] My first thought when I saw the above photo was that it was lousy, and the real estate agent should go out and retake it. But then I scrolled down in the listing to the Google Street View:
[Image]So... my hat is off to you, real estate agent photographer. Nice work. (Although I'm not sure including the NorteƱo graffiti was the best idea ever...) [Image]
