Hey, times are tough all over. You can't really hold it against the RealtorĀ® if they contracted out their photography work to someone doing a drive by shooting.

Yeah, actually we do have an open container law in Texas. But no laws pertaining to driving and hand-held electronics.

Now that's a real selling point. I'd totally move to that kind of state. That picture convinced me too.
Good job!

Actually, we've had an open container law since 1984, no matter how many of my countrymen scream about how "it's my God-given right to crack open a cold one or fifty while driving back home." Unfortunately, some areas treat this law as a kindasorta recommendation. This picture, though, just demonstrates the suspicion that most Texas realtors got into the business because they were too stupid to get an MBA.
This picture made me ill to even look at it. I'm not even sure I'm looking at real estate... are they selling the street? All I can make out is the street and the side mirror.
Of course, I could totally geek out on you and give you the complete story on the laws regarding alcohol in Texas, but I'll spare you.
I went to college near El Paso, and would often travel there with friends for a night out. This photo is exactly how I remember the place. Little did I know that I was inadvertently training for a career in real estate.

If I recall correctly, Texas does indeed have an open container law.
That being said... What the heck??? It looks like they mixed up their real estate photos with their entry in the "Which picture will make everyone the most dizzy" contest.
"*hic*"

How funny. I was just talking about the Texas open container law with my inlaws on Sunday. Even more funny is that my name is Andra too! That rocks!

I'm feeling a tad dizzy - apparently so was the driver/photographer/imbiber :)

Colorado was the last of the 50 to get an open container law, apparently ice+whiteouts+mountain roads+drunk was just too much to take
