Instructions for avoiding the sewer alligators that swim up regularly for butt-munching snacks?

Perhaps it's detailed instructions on how to remove the entire freakin' counter top should something ever possibly go wrong with the toilet and you have to remove the tank lid and actually change any internal parts.

The contractor was very kind in that regard.

I think it's the secret code on how to change the internal workings of the toilet tank without having to take a chainsaw to the ridiculously designed counter top.

Yeah, I'm with Stuart and Jodi. What a stupid design. Fail!

More then likely it is much like what was on ours when we bought our house and it is details on the winterization of the house and that besides the toilet not working it had a whole checklist. A little overboard for a toilet sign.

The sign details the winterization of the house. For HUD homes the format is usually standard. Sorry to be a party pooper :-)

I love how it says that it is Landscaped. It just doesn't mention that it wasn't maintained. I would also hate to drive up that driveway if it had any ice or snow on it. Maybe why they left it all covered with shingles, little traction.

Has anyone else noticed that this is the second posting (on this page) from Washington state that has a counter over the toilet?!?!?!

My dad redid our bathroom so the tiled counter appeared to extend over the toilet tank. But the part over the tank was actually a separate piece that you could still lift off. It was a little heavy but made the room look nice and you could still access the tank if you had to. No idea what these people do when there are problems.

Let's not speculate about the race, class, or parenting skills of the people who live in these houses. We judge them on the photos they pick, not on who they are as people (unless we really can't help it).
